Windy Expands Factory in Sweden
To meet the growing demand for the upcoming Camira 40 sport cruiser, the Windy factory in Vastervick, Sweden is expanding. The news was announced during the dealers meeting held last April, gathering all the distributors of the famous Scandinavian brand.
The first section offering 600 m2 has been completed. It will soon be completed by a second extension of 200 m2 bringing the space dedicated to the construction of the new Camira to 800 m2.
Nearly 20 additional engineers, technicians and craftsmen have been integrated into the design.
A gain of space partly reserved for the next Camira 40
With this brand new model, Windy offers new navigation perspectives by concentrating the excellence that has made its legendary reputation: an exemplary quality of finish, remarkable marine performance and a very high level of comfort. Her new layout imagined by Design Unlimited is spacious and modular (2 or 3 luxurious cabins) and has a very large bathroom with separate shower.
Currently under assembly, the Camira 40 will be completed as planned in September to be presented at the next boat show in Cannes.
