FAQ Marex 310 Sun Cruiser
What are the advantages of the Marex 310 Sun Cruiser compared with other boats under 10 metres?
The Marex 310 Sun Cruiser stands out for her exceptionally generous interior and exterior volumes. She features two proper cabins, a head, a fully equipped galley with hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, as well as a spacious cockpit with seating for up to eight guests — an impressive level of accommodation for a boat in this size category.
Is the Marex 310 Sun Cruiser available with both single- and twin-engine configurations?
Yes. The Marex 310 Sun Cruiser is available with a single petrol or diesel engine, with power outputs of up to 480 hp. She can also be specified with twin Mercury 270 hp diesel engines, together with joystick control and a virtual anchor system.
Why isn’t the Marex 310 Sun Cruiser available with shaft drive?
The Marex 310 Sun Cruiser is the only model in the Marex range that cannot be fitted with shaft drive, due to the size of her engine compartment. She is available exclusively with sterndrives, in either single- or twin-engine configurations.
What is the cruising range of the Marex 310 Sun Cruiser?
With a 610-litre fuel tank in the twin-engine version, the Marex 310 Sun Cruiser has a cruising range of approximately 220 nautical miles — roughly equivalent to a round trip between Cannes and Corsica.
Can solar panels be fitted to the roof of the Marex 310 Sun Cruiser?
The Marex 310 Sun Cruiser can be fitted with up to 450 W of solar panels, providing enough power to cover the consumption of the refrigerator, freezer and all onboard lighting. Air conditioning, however, requires a shore-power connection.
