New Marex 53-Foot Flybridge: First Details

Scandinavian shipyard Marex has announced a new 53-foot cabin cruiser with a flybridge, scheduled to make her debut in 2028. This upcoming model will feature a spacious flybridge, exceptional interior volumes, three cabins and multiple living areas designed to make the most of cruising with family and friends, as well as Marex’s signature Smart Canopy System.

Three cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite

The new Marex 53 will feature three spacious and comfortable cabins.

Forward, the guest cabin will benefit from separate shower and toilet compartments.

Amidships, the full-beam owner’s cabin will form a true master suite, complete with a generously sized private bathroom.

A third cabin will be located aft, featuring a double berth, its own bathroom and large hull windows providing plenty of natural light and a greater connection with the surroundings.

Flybridge, hydraulic swim platform and Smart Canopy System

The new Marex will feature both indoor and outdoor lounge areas, complemented by the flybridge, which will provide an additional space for relaxing and entertaining on board.

The yacht will also be equipped with Marex’s Smart Canopy System, one of the brand’s signature features, allowing the cockpit to be opened up or fully enclosed in just a matter of seconds.

A hydraulic swim platform will provide easy access to the water, create additional space for enjoying time at anchor and accommodate a tender of up to 3.80 metres.

World premiere scheduled for 2028

The new Marex 53 Flybridge is scheduled to make her debut in 2028. Full technical specifications, engine options, performance figures and final equipment details will be revealed progressively as the project develops.
